Often these handy exercise tools are over looked because they are deemed to be inefficient at putting enough tension on the muscle. However it all boils down to how you use these bands and what you're trying to achieve. A good place to start is a light, medium and heavy gauge resistance band.
Kettlebells I believe are more versatile than the dumbbell and/or barbell, but there is no reason why you can't have both. Kettlebells can be used for nearly an infinite amount of different exercises and are very space efficient, as well as being easy on the wallet!
BOXING BAG AND MITTS
A relatively inexpensive and space efficient form of cardiovascular exercise, boxing is not only fun but can be used as an alternative for endless hours running outside when performed correctly. Grab some focus mitts as well and alternate some boxing combos with your partner!
