Join the Fitness Fundraiser and help raise funds for High Risk Youths in our local community
The Day:
The Rockingham Fitness Fundraiser Workout will be held at Rockingham Foreshore on the 19th of November 2017.
The first heat will start at 8:00am
Participants will be required to complete FIVE individual workouts spread out across Rockingham Foreshore.
This is a timed event.
All participants are required to pay a sign up fee of $30. All profits from the day will be going to Youth On Fire - A local non for profit organisation who run an 8 week program designed to support youths at high risk of suicide.

The Workouts:
One:
Potato/Hessian Bag Fill "drag and drop" - Participants are required to fill a bag, move it to the designated point and empty it. Participants may only move on when a certain object is filled to the top with sand.
Two:
Plate Carry - Participants are required to carry two Olympic plates within their hands for a designated amount of laps.
Three:
Participants are required to complete broad jumps to a designated point on the beach then fill a sand bag and drag it back to the starting point.
Four:
Participants are required to complete 100 x Barbell Deadlifts (60kg for males, 35kg for females)
Five:
Participants are required to complete 5 x 20m laps of Overhead Kettlebell Lunges (Males 12kg, Females 8kg)
After completing all five workouts, participants are required to run back to the starting point which is also the finish line.
