Did you know that less than 50% of people who put health and fitness on their resolution list actually see it through to the end?

Why is it that people struggle to stick to a fitness goal that they've set?

As a health coach that's a bit of an upsetting statistic to hear, but hey, rather than dwell on it I'd rather try and fix the problem.
