I believe striving towards a perfect mid-section consists of breaking down the muscle groups that are most aesthetically pleasing or that you want to work on - and isolating them. Isolating them will not only bring about growth faster but allow you to more efficiently concentrate on certain sections whilst letting others rest/grow, meaning training frequency increases and results come faster. I hope that made sense lol.
