30 Days is a VERY achieveable time period to set some fitness goals for and you'll get better results for it.
For the next 30 days, you'll workout three to four times per week, minimum, here at Revs Fitness. My workouts are quick, effective and they're designed to give you the Afterburn Effect.

At Revs Fitness I use HIIT

HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training sees you building lean muscle tone whilst burning body fat for energy. It's the most effective training style for weight loss you can get!

The Afterburn Effect is what keeps your metabolism high throughout the entire day so that you're burning even more calories when you're not working out.

You will also get an eating guideline to follow. 

This is NOT a diet.

The guidelines that I give you will help you make a few sensible choices that will go a long way in keeping the extra calories off without feeling deprived.
